Tesche Kick-Off a Success
Davis Islands' Garden Club March 14, 2008

TAMPA – The campaign of Caroline J. Tesche held a kick-off celebration on Thursday March 13th at the Davis Island Garden Club where approximately 200 supporters mingled by the waterside enjoying the fabulous music of Barbara Lane and the delicious food from 220 East. The kick-off celebration was a campaign fundraiser which netted over $6,000, with more contributions pledged.
Tesche was introduced by her longtime friend from college, Jay Weiss who traveled here from New York City for the event. Weiss said, "I have never met anyone with higher standards and ethics for herself and the work she does. She is the most conscientious person I know and cares deeply for the cause of American justice. Her great compassion for those in need of representation is matched by her commitment to the rule of law and order."
Ms. Tesche commented, "I am humbled by the outpouring of support and looking forward to a fun campaign and success through victory in August”.

Tesche, a prominent Criminal Defense attorney is a sole practitioner with offices on Davis Island. She has extensive state and federal legal credentials; from experience at
United States’ Attorneys' Offices in New York and Maine, to service as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County and as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County.
